This site is independent, it is not Maya, and it is nobody's official anything. It has no ranking, no score and no claim about how fast anybody pays, because nobody here has timed a payout.
What this site is
A guide to one wallet in one country, written by reading that wallet's own documentation and dating every line of it.
Every quotation here comes from a page Maya publishes — the crypto product page, the help centre articles, the header that names the regulator — and carries the “Last Updated” date printed under it. That is not decoration. On this subject the date is the fact: a help article describing how to send crypto and a notice saying sending is unavailable are both live on Maya's site right now, and only the dates tell you which describes today.
The documents read for the current version of these pages were Maya's crypto product page, the crypto topic in its help centre including the articles on the refreshed Maya Crypto, the available coins and the wallet distinction, in the state published on 24 September 2026.

Why there is no ranking
Because a list of operators is the least durable thing anybody can publish about payments. Which cashier accepts which wallet is a merchant setting that moves weekly and silently, and a table of it is stale before it is read. What holds still is the mechanism: what has to be true for a payment to go through, what each kind of failure looks like, and which feature of the wallet is switched off this month. The last row is the important one. It is easy to write “withdrawals in minutes” and impossible to prove without timing one, so that sentence does not exist here, including in other words.
What we do when something changes
